Hello Business Owners, Family and Friends,

 

I am humbly writing you today with the hope you will be able to help sponsor, newly crowned, 2015 MAC pageant Co-ed, Miss Indiana, 20 year-old Jessica Rose Transfeld. She lives in Carmel, Indiana with both of her parents, Christian and Lea Transfeld and is a proud graduate of Carmel High School, class of 2014. In addition to her responsibilities as newly crowned Miss Indiana she is presently working toward her certification in make-up artistry at the Brittany Renee Make Up Academy. Jessica has a serving heart and plans to use her crown this year to draw attention to local charities right here in Indiana. For fun, Jessica loves to draw, eat sushi and hang out with her girlfriends.

 

Without further ado, I am sure you can imagine, the costs involved for pageants can add up quickly when factoring in some of the following expenses: pageant fees, clothing, coaching sessions, maintenance (hair, nails, tans), promotional materials, travel… and I am sure the list goes on and on, I am still learning a whole lot about the world of pageantry myself! Jessica and I sat down together earlier this week to discern some sponsorship options we would be able to commit ourselves to and we came up with what’s to follow, please take the time to decide which option works best for you. And please remember that no amount of support is too small in helping Jessica Rose reach her goals.

 

1. Queen's Court- $1,200+ includes the following: 1/4 page ad*** in Nationals, full- page ad in monthly newsletter, 10 promotional** opportunities locally with Jessica that best serve the nature of your business. Willing to wear and/ or use your businesses' products for promotional purposes. Queen's Court Luncheon with Jessica (Location and Date TBD)

 

2. Full Page Ad*** - $600 includes the following: Ad in Nationals, ad in monthly newsletter and 4 promotional** opportunities locally with Jessica that best serve the nature of your business. Willing to wear and/ or use your businesses' products for promotional purposes.

 

3. 1/2 Page Ad***- $300 includes the following: Ad in Nationals, ad in monthly newsletter and 2 promotional** opportunities locally with Jessica that best serve the nature of your business. Willing to wear and/ or use your businesses' products for promotional purposes.

 

4. 1/4 Page Ad***- $150 includes the following: Ad in Nationals, ad in monthly newsletter and 1 promotional** opportunity locally with Jessica that best serves the nature of your business. Willing to wear and/ or use your businesses' products for promotional purposes.  

 

5. Business Card Ad***- $60 includes the following: Ad in Nationals and your ad in the monthly newsletter. Willing to wear and/ or use your businesses' products for promotional purposes.

 

6. Free Products or Services from August-2015-August 2016 reign as MAC pageant, Miss Indiana Co-ed- Value based on cost of regularly priced services offered. Includes the following: ad in monthly newsletter. Willing to wear and/ or use your businesses' products for promotional purposes.

 

Jessica’s upcoming expenses  

 

August 28-30. Crown Plaza Columbus North, OH. Visiting 2015 Royalty at MAC pageant, Miss Ohio. As visiting queen Jessica is responsible for participating in the finals competition on Sunday the 30th. She will be responsible for learning all dance numbers, evening dress walk and crowning ceremonies. Travel* costs will amount to approximately $600.

 

September 4-7. Marriott Macon City Center, GA. Visiting 2015 Royalty at MAC pageant, Miss Ohio. As visiting queen Jessica is responsible for participating in the finals competition on Sunday the 6th. She will be responsible for learning all dance numbers, evening dress walk and crowning ceremonies. Travel* costs will amount to approximately $1,000.

 

November 23-28. Nationals will be held at Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Jessica will be competing for the Miss American Co-ed title. Travel* costs approximately $7,000.

 

Immediately following Nationals Jessica will return to Indiana to begin competing in the 2016 Miss America Preliminaries. Upon earning a crown in the Miss America Preliminaries Jessica will proudly be heading to Atlantic City, NJ to represent the state of Indiana in the 2016 Miss America Pageant. The Miss America title would be a dream come true for Jessica. It is an honor she holds in high regard.
